So he's called the players a bunch of lazy cunts, not sure where we can go from here..absolute fucking shambles

Re: Bilic's post match
That's about the size of it.

I'd love to know what's really gone on behind the scenes with the players, Bilic, the board. Because something pretty obviously has.

Re: Bilic's post match
Shocking admission. If he can't get the players to train properly
he has to go.

Re: Bilic's post match
Ultimately its down to the manager, but the players need to take there share of the responsibility for this shambles, all I hear is this is down to Bilic, well Noble particularly as club Captain and the other senior players need a good cunting as well.

Disgrace all round.

Re: Bilic's post match
Hard to believe he can stay as manager after that. If he can't motivate and organise the players in training then he has no hope on matchdays.,

Re: Bilic's post match
Players earning stupid money, they really think that they had made it last season and have completely forgotten how to work hard.

I'd keep Bilic and ship a few of the wankers out.

Re: Bilic's post match
I'd like to know which players are not even bothering in training. Shameful wankers.

Fans should be let in to training so they can play bad cop. Bilic only does good cop, and I can't imagine the other coaches giving the players an earful, nothing anyone would understand, anyway.

This is a shocking admission from Bilic.

Re: Bilic's post match
I admire Bilic's honesty, if the players aren't doing it in training, how can you do it in a competitive game? Hopefully a big clear out will happen in January and we should start giving a chance to the young hungrier players coming through, Cohen, Oxford, Burke etc.

I'm not surprised ...sensed it since day one.
They took a massive summer holiday which lasted until November basically.

The players obviously have no respect for him.

Cullen not Cohen!

Re: Bilic's post match
It looked like an appeal to get sacked!!

The players if they can't be bothered should all be dropped and put the kids in, may as well lose with people who will try their best.

Something is rotten at the club at the moment, moved training fround to stop injuries, we are getting more muscle injuries than the last few seasons, selling Tomkins when Collins has gone, tale of a £40 Million pound striker and only getting castoffs.

Only West Ham can clutch defeat out of the jaws of victory on such a consistant manner

Re: Bilic's post match
I don't think I've ever heard a manager say there's a lack of intensity in training before. That statement should seriously be followed by a resignation. It's the single thing he has most control over.

I don't want him to go - I want him to succeed - but that statement is breathtaking and something has to happen. If he cannot get them to train or play with intensity then we need someone who can.

Very honest but writing his own death warrant there.

Biesla is the man.

Wonder why nobody else has taken a chance on Temur Ketsbaia as a manager?

He had a decent record, speaks engrish and was a good player.

Re: Bilic's post match
not sure what a manager can do if the cunts can't even be bothered to train properly? probably resigning is the only option, the players are a disgrace if what he says is true, and by looking at the fitness levels this season and lack of effort, i believe every word slaven's said

Re: Bilic's post match
I've been a huge fan of Bilic as a manager for many years. And I'd still like for him to stay, sort out this absolute shambles, and move the team forward in the way that last season promised.

But, as many have already said on here, any manager admitting that the players "lack intensity" in training is essentially admitting that a huge part of this problem is his fault. Training, and particularly the intensity of it, is one of the few things that the manager has to have, and does have, absolute control over.

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark if Bilic and Dicks (not a great coach, but somebody who should be able to deliver "intensity" in training: what's the point of him if he cannot?) et al cannot get players to train to a level required to perform in the Prem.

I want the manager to stay and the bad apples named and transfer listed. will that happen? of course it won't

Cares more about the club and the fans than the overpaid, lazy shitcunts on the pitch.
Says it all. I wouldn't blame him one iota for calling it a day.

Re: Bilic's post match
If Bilic goes then we need to get rid of the negative members. We've had this before with the Baby Bentley Crew. But unlike the below poster, Oxford needs to go first, the selfish Gooner cunt.
